The main aim is to compare tax burden of one man business and Limited Liability company thus according to the research suggest steps leading to the tax optimalization. With using model situations it compares whether it is sufficient to do business as a sole trader or as a Limited Liability Company according to a particular tax payer.

The theme of this thesis is "Tax optimalization selected business entity. The aim of this work is tax optimalization focused on Individual tax rate for a specific company . And effort is to find the best possible options for calculating tax liability, leading to minimize the current. The work is divided into two parts {--} theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts relating to individual tax rate. The practical part includes a description of the business entity, own tax calculations and evaluating and choosing the best options for calculating tax liability.

This thesis attends to the valuation of life insurance as an instrument that affects the economy of a chosen firm. Firstly, it attends to the introduction to system of insurance. Then recount insurance, especially life insurance, its advantage and disadvantage. Subsequently it includes a risk analysis and principles of risk elimination by the insurance. The practical part is focused on life insurance products of specific insurance company, on the valuation of life insurance usage in chosen firm and on the usage of life insurance as the instrument that affects the economy of a chosen firm.
